What Does this urine Test Result Mean?

hi, i ll just wanna ask something..btw im 20 years old,female last week i ve got my result from my urinalysis and her is the results; color:dark yellow, transparency: slightly turbid, pH:5.0, specific gravity 1.015, epithelial cells: many , mucus threads :many... what does itr mean ? thank you .

I can understand your concern.
By your history and description of lab results, you do not need to worry.
Mucus threads and epithelial cells are never very significant in a urine analysis report. The most important parameters are White and Red blood cells, casts or crystals.
Your pH and specific gravity are normal. Slightly turbid urine may be due to mucous plugs.
Many a times, mucous plugs may be a result of the infection in the vagina. These mucous plugs might contaminate and appear in the urine sample.
I will recommend a high vaginal swab test and also a PAP smear test for you, especially if you have complaints of any vaginal discharge.
Otherwise, right now, you don't need any treatment for abnormal urine results as per the above information.
