Mucus threads and epithelial cells are never very significant in a urine analysis report. The most important parameters are White and Red blood cells, casts or crystals. Your pH and specific gravity are normal. Slightly turbid urine may be due to mucous plugs. Many a times, mucous plugs may be a result of the infection in the vagina. These mucous plugs might contaminate and appear in the urine sample. I will recommend a high vaginal swab test and also a PAP smear test for you, especially if you have complaints of any vaginal discharge. Otherwise, right now, you don t need any treatment for abnormal urine results as per the above information. Take care, Regards
